After an amazing soak* and facial at Ole Henriksen spa with my favorite esthetician Jessica Q, it got me thinking about a little detox for my whole body. Some lemon juice in hot water and a few days of cardio later my little truffle oil pooch (ahhh, true!) has melted away faster then the butter I set on the toaster for my morning sourdough toast.
